REMOTEX-RADNEVO PLC uses modern universal and special equipment such as:
Metal band-cutting machines For products up to f 800 mm
ESAB welding column MKE/A6
Lathes:
- Maximum processed piece diameter 1,600 mm
- Maximum length 12,000 mm
Milling drilling-boing machines
- Turntable dimensions 4,000 mm x 3,500 mm
- Boring depth 2,000 mm
Automatic pipe-cutter Diameters of 108, 133, 159 and 194 mm
Automatic welding equipment for belt conveyor rollers and steel structures
Steel processing and composition are controlled by emission control unit at the quantometric lab
Classical chemical analyses and mechanical tests /tensile, impact and compression strength/ are performed at the central laboratory.Hardness is tested in the separate workshops by portable or stationary equipment.
Non-destructive control is performed by modern portable equipment for ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye-penetrant testing. All provisional and final tests performed to guarantee quality required for the electrical machinery and equipment repaired, is performed at the electrical testing lab.
